The business model described here covers AI video tools, AI agents and enterprise AI services. Product names, live links, plans and support contacts have not yet been published on this site. No purchase or subscription is available here. Monthly and annual subscriptions and credit purchases will only become available after actual prices in an explicit currency, entitlements, renewal, cancellation, expiry and refund conditions are disclosed.
Enterprise service agreements
We also provide AI technology services to business customers, including custom AI application development, AI agent deployment, system integration, workflow automation, and technology consulting. Enterprise engagements are individually scoped and quoted, with deliverables, fees, payment milestones, delivery schedules, and acceptance criteria agreed in writing. Consumer subscription and credit terms do not replace the enterprise service agreement. The agreement also defines confidentiality, authorised data use, ownership, change requests, and support.

Nexvanta Technologies Inc develops and operates AI SaaS products for individual consumers and creators worldwide, including AI video generation tools and AI agent applications. This corporate website introduces the company; use and purchases in a product are also subject to the product terms presented before use or payment.
Purchases and digital delivery
Customers pay online through monthly or annual subscriptions or one-time credit purchases. Before confirming payment, review the product’s price, currency, entitlements, billing interval, renewal and cancellation rules, and refund terms. All products are digital and delivered instantly online; no physical goods are sold.
Content restrictions and automated moderation
Our products do not allow adult or sexual content, and we enforce our content policies through automated moderation. Do not submit or generate prohibited content, bypass moderation, infringe others’ rights, commit fraud, or access accounts or systems without authorisation.
AI outputs and agent actions
AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable. Review outputs and check the permissions and consequences of agent actions before enabling them. You must have appropriate rights to your inputs and connected accounts. Product terms describe applicable licences, usage limits, and rights in outputs.
